Summit Wellness & Spa is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Mobile Information and SMS Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the exceptions described below exclude sharing mobile opt-in and consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Summit Wellness & Spa does not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text messaging consent data with any third party or affiliate for that party's marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies without exception and overrides any other provision of this Privacy Policy.

Mobile phone numbers and consent data collected for text messaging are used only to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive from Summit Wellness & Spa. This information may be disclosed only to service providers and subcontractors who assist us in delivering those messages, such as our messaging platform provider and telecommunications carriers, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.

You may opt in to receive text messages from Summit Wellness & Spa by providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting on our website booking or contact form, on a written or electronic intake form at our office, or verbally to a member of our staff. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.
